How to Assign a Phone Number to a User
What does assigning a phone number to a user do?
If you have multiple phone numbers, assigning a phone number to a user allows the user to ONLY text and make phone calls from the number assigned to them!
If you only have one number in CRMX, then this tutorial is not for you! It is recommended to only have one phone number (it is easier to manage) however, if you are messaging different states simultaneously, multiple phone numbers may be a good option!
