    1. Simple answer: no you do not! You do not because you can have multiple phone numbers in one CRMX account!

      If I have multiple numbers in my CRMX account and contact sends a text, and a user replies… how does the user choose which phone number to reply with? How does this process work?

    2. Simple! You can assign a phone number to a user, when you assign a phone number to a user, it will only send sms and call from that phone number assigned to the user.
