User Permission: Assigned Data

Only Assigned Data Turned Off (Default)

• A user with Only Assigned Data turned off can SEE & EDIT all… contacts, conversations, opportunities, and appointments. REGARDLESS of the assigned user.

Only Assigned Data Turned On

• Users with Only Assigned Data Turned on can only see contacts, conversations, opportunities, and appointments IF the contact is assigned to them.

  
  

  NOTE: When a user with only assigned data turned on creates a contact, it will automatically assign it to them.
