Admin vs User Permissions (what’s the difference?)
Below is a list of things ONLY ADMINS have permission to, users CAN NOT do the listed things below.
- Edit/create/delete user
- Edit Business Profile
- Edit and View Billing
- See other user’s conversations (if only assigned data is off)
- Contacts page -> Delete contact / Import contacts
- Export opportunities
- Smart Lists -> bulk actions = delete / export / import contacts
- Reporting
