Admin vs User Permissions (what’s the difference?)

Below is a list of things ONLY ADMINS have permission to, users CAN NOT do the listed things below.

  • Edit/create/delete user
  • Edit Business Profile
  • Edit and View Billing
  • See other user’s conversations (if only assigned data is off)
  • Contacts page -> Delete contact / Import contacts
  • Export opportunities
  • Smart Lists -> bulk actions = delete / export / import contacts
  • Reporting
